A bit about Scarborough ....

The historic town of Scarborough sits on the East coast of Yorkshire, with the attractions of the North Yorks Moors, Whitby and Staithes all within easy reach. The town itself is rich in history and a fascinating place to explore, with it's 12th Century castle and historic Old Town. It is currently one of the most visited places in the UK, and is enjoying a resurgence of interest with an ongoing programme of considerable investment from both the private and public sectors.

Location

Ravensholme House, is located only around 200m from the cliff top in Scarborough's much sought after South Cliff area, and only a few minutes walk to the railway station and town centre shops. Just a short walk down through the Italian Gardens takes you straight to the sea! The sheltered sandy beach on the South Bay is only a 5 minute walk from here along the sea front via majestic Victorian Spa buildings. The Castle and the more rugged North Bay are also within easy walking distance, or a short drive with easy sea front parking.
There is excellent walking / cycling / surfing right on your doorstep. But also plenty of cafes for those who prefer a little more relaxation!
